Wooly Mammoth Diet Club Sandwich

We just have three words for our
delicious Wooly Mammoth Diet Club Sandwich: Mmm, mmm, mmm. This
sandwich is packed full of goodness and will fill up an empty spot
in even the "most giant" of caveman.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Multi Grain Bread
(80 calories per slice)
- No Calorie Butter Spray (From
the fridge or from the can.)
- 2 ounces of lean deli roast
beef
- 1 slice of low fat Swiss cheese
- Mustard

- Add as much as you desire of
the following ingredients to your sandwich: Lettuce Leaves,
Tomato Slices, Thinly Sliced Onion Rings, Thinly Sliced Bell
Pepper Rings, Sprouts
Spray bread on one side with butter
spray and either pop into toaster or toast in pan until golden brown.
Carefully remove; add remaining ingredients to build your Mammoth
Sandwich. About 275 - 325 calories depending upon the brands
of cheese and deli meat used to prepare sandwich.
