The Stone Age Caveman Diet
The Vegetarian Diet - Born Meat Eaters?
Or Not?
The Caveman Diet controversy continues...
Did the Caveman Diet start with a full course meal consisting
of foods from the official food pyramid? Or, were the first
cavepeople chiefly vegetarians until fire was discovered and they
tried roasting that fish that had washed up on the beach two days
prior?
Without the aid of fire, the heat
of the sun would have been the sole cooking oven for the Caveman
Diet. In all probability, the first diet consisted mainly
of raw fruit and vegetables, with a few roots thrown into the mix
for good measure - The Stone Age Vegetarian Diet.
The Vegetarian Diet is a natural,
healthy diet that can easily incorporate the necessary nutrients
for optimum health. Even if the world population ate as little
meat as possible, the world would be a more humane and kinder civilization
- and healthier for it!
Too much protein in the diet may
lead to a deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals in the body.
Meat is laced and threaded with a considerable amount of fat - depending
on the meat cut and the type of meat in question. Fat is a
chief contributor to clogged arteries which in time, leads to heart
disease.
The meats at today's market have
been injected with so many chemicals that lead to serious side effects
and health woes in some individuals. Considering a longer,
healthier life, the Vegetarian Diet looks mighty enticing.....
